Hi Reader! I love it when I go outside and smell something delicious that one of my neighbors is cooking on the grill! It usually inspires me to fire up my own grill to make dinner. It's so easy and convenient, and it's great not to have to heat up the kitchen by turning on the stove. When I plan my meals ahead of time, I love using the grill to make recipes like Mahi Mahi Tacos or Bang Bang Chicken Skewers. They're both intensely flavorful dishes, and I'm guaranteed to have no leftovers! PS. If you want to be notified every time I post a new recipe, click here.
